UCC Executive Short Course

This course will examine best practices and key strategies in networking and customer growth and addresses the need to create an integrated cross-functional focus on winning, retaining and renewing customers. The course will also examine the impact of culture and diversity on business relationships, successful negotiation strategies, and promotion of the organization and brand as a viable product or service. Emphasis will be placed on the Account Managers role at all levels in securing revenue while representing the interests of the client within the organization for successful customer relationships.

  2. Copy of Government issued photo ID
  3. Registration fee J$1000 (Current UCC students exempt).
