Spring 2021 Updates

 Dear Students, 

It is our hope while we finalize our registration status, please ensure the following take note of the following updates in preparation for classes commencing Sunday, January 10, 2020. 
 
Class Confirmation 
 
There are several registered students who have selection incorrect Year 1 classes. You are being asked to ensure you registered for the correct classes based on your programme level of student. Please see instructions below.
 
Bachelor Degree Students:
Check your Registration Status to determine if you have selected a class with the K13 section code assigned. If yes, you are required to change your class section using the Change of Class Section feature on Aeorion. Do not use the Add/ Drop feature to avoid delays with contacting SFS to re add a course. 
 
Traditional Associate Degree (K13) Students:
Check your Registration Status to determine if you have selected a class that does NOT have the K13 section code assigned. If yes, you are required to change your class section using the Change of Class Section feature on Aeorion to ensure all classes have Section Codes K13. Do not use the Add/ Drop feature to avoid delays with contacting SFS to re add a course. 
 
You are required to execute these changes by January 11, 2020. Failure to do so will result significant inconveniences with Moodle enrollment, SFS clearance and academic progression for Spring 2021.
