PATH Grant Application now open

Dear Valued Students;

The Ministry of Labour & Social Security’s PATH Tertiary Bursary Programme is now accepting applications from University Students for the academic year 2022/2023. As such, students who were beneficiaries of the PATH Programme from High School and UCC students who are presently beneficiaries of PATH are invited to apply by completing the PATH Application Form for the period mentioned above.

Application Period:
The period of application is August 1 to October 21, 2022

Criteria for Students:

The requirements for 1st year bursary applicants are as follow:

  • Must be enrolled in a UCC programme
  • Must receive at least one (1) PATH payment while in secondary school.
  • Must maintain the disciplinary standards of the UCC.
  • Display active participation in clubs, societies or outreach programmes.

The acceptance criteria for students registered in the second (2nd) to fourth (4th) year of their programme are as follow:

  • Have a  GPA of 2.5 or higher
  • Must be in the 2nd – 4th year of study
  • Must participate in clubs and societies
  • Must participate in voluntary community service (at least 30 hours per academic year), logged and approved on the Community Service Form
  • Must maintain the disciplinary standards of the UCC
  • Registration status within the institution of study must be current.

NB:  Please ensure that ALL details are completed on the Application Form including your UCC Student ID and Family PATH Number.
