Innovation seeks to satisfy market needs in every industry. It refers to the creation of a good or service which will create value for the organisations which will address the consumers’ needs. This course will examine how the application of business innovation strategies within healthcare systems can address industry challenges and create or enhance entrepreneurial opportunities for healthcare facilities that operate within emerging and established economies locally and globally.

By evaluating innovative healthcare delivery, insurance, and technology ventures that succeed through adverse circumstances, students will learn how to create and implement new business models that can improve medical and financial outcomes in their own settings.
