Yvette Clarke, the first African American and Caribbean American woman to be elected to the US Congress, has charged the 2018 graduating class of the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC) to play their roles in transforming the world.
Clarke was speaking at the National Arena during her keynote address at the graduation ceremony yesterday.

The University of the Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC) and regional external examination body Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) have entered into a partnership agreement that will see UCC offering CXC associate degrees (ADs).

The University of the Commonwealth Caribbean, UCC, has secured 25 acres of land at Caymanas Estate, on the outskirts of Kingston, to be developed as a knowledge city and edu-tourism venture, in partnership with CHEC.
