Adjunct Lecturers - School of Behavioural Sciences, Humanities and Law
The University of the Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC) invites dynamic and dedicated individuals to submit applications for the post of ADJUNCT LECTURER to join our academic team and contribute to our mission of excellence in higher education. The selected individuals will facilitate courses being offered by the School of Behavioural Sciences, Humanities and Law. These courses are offered within the Bachelor of Science degrees in Applied Psychology, Social Work and Criminology and Criminal Justice. Courses include Spanish, Sociology, Psychology, Human Development and Academic Writing.

Basic Function and Responsibility:
Part-time members of the faculty are professional educators with the primary responsibility of providing quality learning experience for all University of the Commonwealth Caribbean students. The responsibilities for this position will include some or all the following: delivering engaging lectures, developing course materials, student advising, evaluating student progress, research activities, service and cooperative extension, curriculum matters and administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (Doctorate preferred) in relevant field
- Prior teaching experience at the college or university level preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to create inclusive and supportive learning environments.
