Dear Students, 
 
The Academic and Student Affairs Units have implemented a standard operating procedure (SOP) whereby students are required to submit their Course Registration Form (CRF) using their program-specific Student Registration Request Form (SRRF). The Early Registration period commences on November 16, 2025. You are encouraged to seek academic advice early. Connect with your Academic Advisor using the  Student Help Desk Directory to discuss your course selections and obtain your personalized annotated roadmap (Curriculum Map) to complete your degree.
 
Course Selection & Academic Advisement

Academic advising presents an opportunity for a one-on-one relationship between you and your Academic Advisor.  Effective academic advice can positively impact your academic success. As a University of the Commonwealth Caribbean student, you should feel confident that you have access to Academic Advisors to discuss your academic and career plans. You should also have confidence in the knowledge and expertise of your Academic Advisors in providing accurate guidance in the design of an academic program and selection of specific courses.  Academic advice allows Academic Advisors the opportunity to play a key role in monitoring your academic progress and encouraging good academic performance.

It is very helpful to regularly meet with your Academic Advisor to ensure you are on track for graduation.

Spring 2026 Student Registration Request Process.

 
You MUST Use The Registration Portal
To be registered for the Spring 2026 semester, please complete the registration form below:
ALL students MUST USE the registration portal above. If you have sent an email to sfs@ucc.edu.jm with proof of payment, you may experience delays. Please use the portal provided. 
 
Information for Student Loan Bureau (SLB) Students
First-Time SLB Students: To be registered for Spring 2026, your SLB loan application status should reflect Status D.  
Returning SLB Students: Unused Targeted Loan - SLB funds for 2024 - 2025 cannot be used to register you for Spring 2026. You must submit a new application to SLB. Important Note: SLB does not cover the cost of miscellaneous fees $15,000 JMD (pro-rated for Spring 2026, if applicable), or zero-credit courses such as: Core Mathematics, Fundamentals of Accounting, Introductory Physics, Introductory Mathematics or English for Academic Purposes, $23,500 JMD each. You must upload proof of payment using the Registration portal to be registered. 
Special Consideration: If your SLB application status reflects A - C, please pay the miscellaneous fee and zero-credit courses fees (if applicable), upload proof of payment using the registration portal above. 
 
Tuition & Fees Payment Options
Be sure to review the Payment Options available for Spring 2026 attached.
Late registration January 11 -24, 2026. There is a late fee of $3,500 JMD. 
 
 
Check Your Registration Status on Aeorion
You can check your registration status by selecting "Check Registration Status" under the "Registration" tab in Aeorion.
Campus Options: UCC Online, Kingston, Mandeville (MDV), Ocho Rios (OCH), May Pen (MPC), or Montego Bay (MOB)

Resumption of Studies - Spring 2026 Instructions
If you are currently on leave of absence, please complete the Resumption of Studies form. If your last registered semester was Fall 2024, you will need to submit an application on the UCC website (as if you are a new student). You will be provided with an updated annotated (personalized) curriculum map to guide your selections for Spring 2026.

Leave of Absence - Spring 2026 Instructions 
If you plan to take a break for Spring 2026, please inform us as soon as possible. Any Leave of Absence (LOA) requests submitted after January 11, 2026, will incur a late processing fee of $500 JMD.
