The needs and directions of the organization may at times be in conflict with those of its employees and in the interest of production and the supplying of services, some semblance of calm must be fostered and maintained.
The purpose of this course is to establish the frame within which all concerned parties can achieve a meeting of the mind, in order to minimize and resolve disputes in the workplace. A HR practitioner is therefore required to be knowledgeable about all aspects of Industrial/Employee Relations, legal and otherwise, as well as possess the skills and competencies necessary to perform efficiently in this arena.
