What is Asynchronous Learning?
Asynchronous learning means you are not required to attend live online classes at a fixed time. Your course materials, including readings, recorded lectures, activities and assessments, are available online, and you complete them within set weekly deadlines.
How It Works
Undergraduate Asynchronous Study
40 Courses | 120 Credits | 6-Week Cycles
Bachelor’s programmes consist of 40 three-credit courses for a total of 120 credits.
Students may take up to two courses per six-week cycle, with intake opportunities in January, March, May, July, September and November.

Entry Requirements
For Jamaican Students
To be unconditionally admitted to complete these 100% online programmes, individuals should possess a minimum of five (5) subjects at the GCE or CSEC level, including the mandatory English Language and Mathematics. Principles of Accounts is required for business degrees, at grades A and B or 1 and 2 respectively.
Candidates who have a minimum of 4 CXCs can also apply pending the outstanding CXC subjects or can opt to do UCC replacement courses Core Mathematics, English for Academic Purpose and Fundamentals of Accounting.
