Photo and Filming Notice

Events hosted by the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean are being recorded, filmed, and photographed by the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC) for global streaming, recording, and distribution, and may also form part of official academic, promotional, or institutional documentation.

By attending the event, you irrevocably grant UCC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, employees, agents, contractors, and subcontractors, sponsors, successors, media partners, and assigns (collectively, the “University Parties”) the right to film, stream, photograph, and video record you, your likeness (and any other reproduction of your likeness), and your voice.

 

You also grant the right to own, license, assign, and/or use the same (and/or any portion thereof), forever and throughout the world, in any manner and/or media whatsoever, including in the stream and recording and the unrestricted transmission for educational, commercial, and promotional purposes, of all or any part of the recording.
