PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION
Today’s business environment requires professionals with knowledge and skills in tackling political and economic problems, that transcend international boundaries. This course will equip students with the expertise required to pursue a career in government, businesses with international connections, law firms and journalism. This course is ideal for students who favour a course of study that will give a thorough foundation in economics, political science, core business subjects, and international relations.
The Bachelor of Science Degree in International Relations from the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC) is so structured, to give successful participants an understanding of international relations; competence in oral and written communication as it relates to international relations; analytical and critical thinking skills for matters related to international relations and diplomacy and an appreciation of multiculturalism and global diversity. The curriculum has been designed to include the most current trends, techniques and practices of contemporary international relations.

Graduates of the Bachelor of Science in International Relations will be able to:
