Steps for New Students Who Received a Full Acceptance Letter
Step 1: Confirm Your Acceptance
To confirm acceptance, please complete the Electronic Placement Response Form and Enrolment Contract within five (5) working days, or as soon as possible after receiving your acceptance letter. Please complete the electronic form whether you accept, defer, or decline your offer of admission. Your timely response will enable us to provide personalised enrolment support.
Step 2: Submit Your Required Documents
Please ensure that all required documents are submitted as certified copies to complete your application and facilitate the processing of your admission.
Step 3: Contact Your Programme Coordinator
Contact your Programme Coordinator for guidance on selecting courses and for a copy of your Curriculum Map.

Step 4: Complete Your Course Registration Form
Complete the Course Registration Form and upload the completed form using the programme-specific Student Registration Request Form (SRRF) by selecting the link applicable to your programme.
Note: Your Programme Coordinator will advise you when the form is approved.
Step 5: Complete Your Financial Registration
Once your Course Registration Form is approved, proceed to complete your registration with Student Financial Services or your closest UCC Campus. You may pay tuition and fees online using Aeorion or select one of the University's other available payment options.
Step 6: Get Registration Support
Student Financial Services and our Campus teams are available to support you with completing your registration.
Priority is given to students using the registration portal.
