HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION
UCC Associate's and Bachelor's Programmes

STEPS FOR NEW STUDENTS WHO RECEIVED A FULL ACCEPTANCE LETTER

  1. Submit your completed Acceptance Form, and submit required documents. Upload documents here »
     
  2. Activate your Aeorion account. Click here to begin »
     
  3. Contact your Programme Coordinator for guidance on selecting courses and for a copy of your Curriculum Map.
    NOTE: Contact information for your Coordinator can be found in the Help Desk Directory.
     
  4. Complete the Course Registration Form and upload the form using the programme specific Student Registration Request Form (SRRF) by clicking the link that is applicable to your programme. 
    NOTE: Your Programme Coordinator will advise you when the form is approved.
     
  5. Once the Course Registration Form is approved, proceed to complete your registration with Student Financial Services or your closest Campus. You may pay tuition and fees online using Aeorion or through these other optionsClick here for other payment options »
     
  6. Student Financial Services/Campus is available to support your registration. Please complete the registration form here. Priority is given to students using the registration portal. 
  • You may visit your closest campus ( Worthington Avenue Campus, May Pen, Ocho Rios, Mandeville and Montego Bay) where direct assistance will be provided to complete all of the above steps. Please note our extended operational hours until August 15, 2025.
     
    • Monday - Thursday - 8:30 am - 6:30 pm
    • Friday - 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
    • Sunday - 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
