Dear Students, 

The Academic and Student Affairs Units have implemented a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) requiring all students to submit their Course Registration Form (CRF) through their programme-specific Student Registration Request Form (SRRF).

The Early Registration period for the Fall 2026 Semester is now open. Students are strongly encouraged to seek academic advice early to ensure a smooth registration process.

Please connect with your Academic Advisor using the Student Help Desk Directory to discuss your course selections and obtain your personalised Annotated Roadmap (Curriculum Map) to help you stay on track for graduation.

ALL students MUST USE the registration portal above. If you have sent an email to sfs@ucc.edu.jm with proof of payment, you may experience delays. Please use the portal provided.

 

Course Selection & Academic Advisement

Academic advising provides an invaluable one-on-one opportunity for you to meet with your Academic Advisor to discuss your academic progress, degree requirements, and future career goals.

As a University of the Commonwealth Caribbean student, you have access to knowledgeable Academic Advisors who are available to:

  • Assist with selecting the appropriate courses for your programme.
  • Ensure your registration aligns with your degree requirements.
  • Provide guidance using your personalised Curriculum Map.
  • Monitor your academic progress and support your success.
  • Help you remain on track for timely graduation.

Meeting with your Academic Advisor each semester is highly recommended and plays an important role in achieving your academic goals.

Information for Student Loan Bureau (SLB) Students

First-Time SLB Students: To be registered for Fall 2026, your SLB loan application status should reflect Status D.

 
Returning SLB Students: Unused Targeted Loan - SLB funds for 2024 - 2025 cannot be used to register you for Fall 2026. You must submit a new application to SLB. Important Note: SLB does not cover the cost of miscellaneous fees $21,000 JMD (for the 2026 - 2027 year), or zero-credit courses such as: Core Mathematics, Fundamentals of Accounting, Introductory Physics, Introductory Mathematics or English for Academic Purposes, $24,200 JMD each. You must upload proof of payment using the Registration portal to be registered.
 
Special Consideration: If your SLB application status reflects A - C, please pay the miscellaneous fee and zero-credit courses fees (if applicable), upload proof of payment using the registration portal above. 
 

Tuition & Fees Payment Options

Students registering during the Late Registration period: September 6 - 19,2026 will be subject to the University's applicable late registration fee.

Check Your Registration Status on Aeorion

You can check your registration status by selecting "Check Registration Status" under the "Registration" tab in Aeorion.
 
Campus Options: UCC Online, Kingston, Mandeville (MDV), Ocho Rios (OCH), May Pen (MPC), or Montego Bay (MOB)

Resumption of Studies

Students returning from a Leave of Absence should complete the Resumption of Studies Form before registering.

Students whose last registered semester falls outside the University's re-entry policy may be required to submit a new application through the UCC Admissions Portal and will receive an updated personalised Curriculum Map.

Leave of Absence

If you do not intend to register for the Fall 2026 Semester, please notify the University by submitting a Leave of Absence (LOA) request as early as possible.

Requests submitted after the published deadline may attract the applicable late processing fee of $500 JMD.
