Before You Arrive

Complete what you can before attending so the team can focus on helping you move through your remaining admissions and enrolment steps.

Submit your application online before attending whenever possible.
Gather Your Documents
Bring the required original documents and copies so the Admissions Team can complete your preliminary screening.

What happens when you arrive?
Your first stop is the designated admissions area for preliminary screening, programme information and support with outstanding admissions requirements.
Applicants proceeding through the admissions and enrolment process will be directed to pay the JMD $3,500 Commitment and Application Fee.
Applicants will receive the admissions and enrolment information relevant to their programme and stage in the application process. Additional forms may be provided where applicable.

Your Open Day Journey
Admissions to registration — with support at each step
The Open Day process is designed to help applicants complete the main admissions and enrolment steps in one guided visit.
Preliminary Screening & Information Package
- Present academic documents for an initial eligibility assessment.
- Receive programme information and application support materials.
- Complete outstanding admissions requirements.
- Pay the applicable commitment and application fee.
Aeorion Student Profile
- Receive your Aeorion Student ID from Admissions.
- Have your student profile created and verified.
- Activate your Aeorion student account.
- If you have completed payment and are eligible to begin classes, proceed to have your official Student Identification Card issued.
Academic Advisement & Course Selection
- Meet with an Academic Advisor.
- Select your courses for the semester.
- Receive your curriculum map, programme guide and academic planning support.
Registration & Student Financial Services
- Receive your registration invoice and payment receipt using your Aeorion Student ID.
- Complete financial clearance and registration with Student Financial Services.

Should I apply before attending an Open Day?
Yes. Applicants are encouraged to submit their application online before attending so the visit can focus on document submission, enrolment and onboarding support.
Can I complete my enrolment on Open Day?
The goal is to help you complete as many admissions and enrolment requirements as possible during your visit. What can be completed on the day will depend on your application status, supporting documents, programme requirements and any outstanding steps.
What documents should I bring?
Bring the original and a copy of the documents relevant to your application, including academic qualifications, a passport-sized photograph and your birth certificate. If Admissions has already requested additional documents from you, bring those as well.
