UCC Group Launches Three New Subsidiaries to Help Build Jamaica’s Economic Recovery

March 14, 2021 - The UCC Group of Companies, which includes the largest private non-affiliated accredited institution of Higher Learning in Jamaica, and one of the largest in the Caribbean, the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC), has expanded, with the launch of three new subsidiaries that will assist students, alumni, entrepreneurs & other businesses with business development and support services.

UCC retains int'l accreditation, registrations up despite COVID

The University of the Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC) is in celebration mode having gained International Institutional Accreditation for a successive term from the Accreditation Service For International Schools, Colleges and Universities (ASIC).

Also of note is the significant increase, from 5,500 to over 7,000 in online registrations, despite the Covid-19 pandemic which has negatively impacted educational institutions worldwide.
