PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION

The Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management has a strong theoretical base but uses hands-on techniques and applications, to operationalize the conceptual framework and build the competencies of the HR practitioner.

PROGRAMME LEARNING GOALS

This programme will:

  1. Provide students the skills to hone their capabilities and excel in a range of HRM roles, through an enriched understanding of leadership, change management, talent development, and retention. 
  2. Navigate the complexities of managing a multicultural workforce, and implementing strategic HRM practices to foster organizational success. 
  3. Develop specialized skills geared towards optimizing employment relationships, leveraging human capital, and aligning HRM strategies with organizational objectives. 
  4. Equip students with the acumen to ensure ethical and legal compliance in HR practices, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and engage in continuous learning to keep pace with evolving trends in human resource management.'

Graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management will be able to:
