RE: JUNE 30 PAYMENT DEADLINE REMINDER NOTICE

We are taking this opportunity to remind students who elected to use the UCC Internal Payment Plan option, that the due date for the FINAL payment for the Summer 2023 semester is Friday, June 30, 2023. 

Remember: students who honor their payment commitments will avoid the twelve percent (12%) service charge on their balance, as well as enjoy unrestricted access to the Student Management System (SMS),  AEorion.

Students are therefore encouraged to make every effort to make payment on time, and avoid any inconveniences regarding access to your Aeorion account, particularly as it relates to accessing
notes/assignments and the printing of the exam permit from the Aeorion system for your final exam. You will be advised by email when the exam permits become available.

EXAM PERMITS WILL NOT BE MADE AVAILABLE TO STUDENTS WITH OUTSTANDING BALANCES.

I also take this opportunity to remind you of the various options for payment of your fees:

1. ONLINE using your Visa, Mastercard or NCB Keycard using your AEorion account. Simply go to www.aeorion.ucc.edu.jm, log into your account using your AEorion ID number, select the “Pay with Bank Card” link under the Student Management Systems section, and follow the instructions.

2. FROM YOUR BNS ACCOUNTS USING SCOTIA ONLINE. Simply log on to your Scotia Online account, select UCC as the payee under the bill payment section, enter your eight (8) digit Aeorion student ID number as the account number, and then submit. You can then proceed to make the payment.

3. National Commercial Bank NCB ONLINE - For students with a NCB Account and have activated the online banking feature, they can add UCC as a bill, from the drop down menu select University College of the Caribbean and enter the UCC ID# as the account number and in the Remarks area state what the payment represents.

4. AT ANY JAMAICA NATIONAL BUILDING SOCIETY (JNBS) BRANCH ISLANDWIDE. Payments can be made in cash, direct from your JNBS savings account, or online using the JNLive online facility. Students with debit/credit cards can withdraw funds from in-branch ATMs. OR JN MONEYSHOP WHERE PAYMENT CAN BE MADE BY CASH TO THE TELLER USING YOUR STUDENT ID number.

5. AT THE CASHIER at our campuses with debit or credit cards; cash is not accepted. For students attending the Worthington Avenue campus the opening hours are:

                          Mondays to Fridays                 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. 

Students at the Regional Campuses (Ocho Rios, May Pen, Montego Bay, and Mandeville) are to be guided by the normal opening hours for the campuses as advised by the Campus Managers. Students should email receipts to sfshelpdesk@ucc.edu.jm or the designated Regional Campus group email.
