This is to advise that the Early Registration period for Summer 2023 will commence on Sunday, March 26, 2023, and close on Friday, April 21, 2023. Normal registration for Summer 2023 will commence on Saturday, April 22, 2023 and close on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. 

Course Selection & Academic Advisement

Registration for Summer 2023 will begin on March 26, 2023 and ALL K13/K21/K22/R13 categorised students are required to seek advisement early from their Programme Coordinator, to ensure you complete the requirements of the scholarship programme. You will be required to contact your Programme Coordinator between March 26 - April 14, 2023, to ensure you are aware of your academic plans for Summer 2023. 

In seeking academic advisement, kindly complete the appropriate Registration Form by clicking the link that is applicable to your programme:

During the course selection process on Aeorion, students should select "Summer | 2023 | Undergraduate | UCC Online - Registration" from the Term Selection drop-down options.

Tuition Payment: External Payment Methods

 In addition to on Campus payment (debit & credit card, manager's and some company cheques), the following payment methods are available. Please note that registration will not be completed until after payment is verified, therefore, it is critical that the proof of payment is uploaded using the Registration Form. 

·       ONLINE using your Visa, MasterCard or NCB Keycard using your AEorion account. Simply go to www.aeorion.ucc.edu.jm, log into your account using your AEorion ID number, select the “Pay with Credit Card” link under the Student Management System section, and follow the instructions. Upload proof of payment using the Registration Form 

·       FROM YOUR BNS ACCOUNTS USING SCOTIA ONLINE. Simply log on to your Scotia Online account, select UCC as the payee under the bill payment section, enter your eight (8) digit Aeorion student ID number as the account number, and then submit. You can then proceed to make the payment. Upload proof of payment using the Registration Form

·       AT ANY JAMAICA NATIONAL BUILDING SOCIETY (JNBS) BRANCH ISLANDWIDE. Payments can be made in cash, direct from your JNBS savings account, or online using the JN Live online facility. Students with debit/credit cards can withdraw funds from in-branch ATMs. Upload proof of payment using the Registration Form

·       National Commercial Bank - NCB ONLINE

For students with an NCB Account and have activated the online banking feature, they can add UCC as a bill, from the drop-down menu, select University College of the Caribbean, and enter the UCC ID# as the account number and in the Remarks area state what the payment represents. UCC is not listed under the Education category, but it is listed under “Other”. Upload proof of payment using the Registration Form
